High-spec accessible toilets are conveniently located at every major service point. All units are equipped with grab rails and emergency call systems.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Dedicated elevated platforms in front of main screens provide optimal sightlines. These areas are reserved for fans with disabilities plus one companion.
Registered service and assistance animals are fully welcome. Water stations for animals are available throughout the festival site.

Is there parking available at the Fan Hub?
On-site parking is available and must be pre-booked at a price of $20/car. We strongly recommend using public transport.
Do I need a ticket to enter the festival?
Entry is free for children age 12 and under, but anyone over this age will require a ticket.
What items are allowed inside the Hub?
Small bags (A4 size), sunscreen, and empty reusable water bottles are permitted. Professional cameras, large umbrellas, and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited.
Will the festival proceed in bad weather?
The Hub is an outdoor venue. In case of light rain, the event continues. In severe weather conditions, we may delay screenings or evacuate. Check our socials for real-time updates.
Is the Fan Hub family friendly?
Absolutely! Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
How early should I arrive for match screenings?
Doors open 1 hour before kick-off. For high-demand matches, we recommend arriving at least 90 minutes early to clear security and secure your preferred viewing spot.
